In this distant land of volcanoes and geysers, Canstroy initiated its project-management business in Russia. The first three houses for the Geyser subdivision were containerized and shipped from Canada, including finishing materials. During the construction of the first three houses, a crew of five Canadians trained about thirty Russian workers. During the second phase of construction, CANStroy managed the construction of thirty-five houses handling procurement, scheduling, training and quality control.
