The construction of this maintenance center was a complex task that involved the significant enlargement of a 300-year-old building, and on top of it all, the job needed to be finished in four months. CANStroy consulted local engineers in how to rehabilitate the foundation of the existing structure, and how to attach an ICF structure to a very old building. After engineering, CANStroy found a truss manufacturer that could replicate the roof of the original structure and from footings to roof apex CANStroy managed construction.
